Curriculum & Teaching Methodology

All grade levels, KG through 8th grade, have separate classrooms well-equipped with whiteboards, individual desks for students, and storage areas for textbooks and supplies.

Students are encouraged to be active learners through group work, student-led learning, and the use of technology. Teachers regularly incorporate multimedia presentations, and students complete activities in the school computer lab.

Our approach ensures that students are not passive participants but engaged learners who think critically and confidently.

Objectives of Our T+ Program

Our primary objective in the full-day T+ program is to educate students holistically through memorization and understanding of the Holy Qur'an, along with the development of Islamic character and academic knowledge.

In traditional Tahfeez programs, students often devote themselves to memorizing the Qur'an at the expense of academics. With the T+ curriculum, there is no loss in academics.

Students graduate with strong academic foundations while progressing meaningfully in Qur'an memorization.

  • “The Qur'an program is wonderful, and the academic program is outstanding, and the teachers are amazing and very supportive. The low student-to-teacher ratio allows for teachers to delve into the material beyond what is in the textbook–helping to guide the students to become more critical thinkers!”

  • “I appreciate how much time the teachers spend with the children in helping them with their Hifz. I believe the children who attend Quba get a well-rounded education, and I feel that all the staff and teachers genuinely care about the children and help them to advance in all aspects of their studies.”

    MRS. ENAS KASEB

    Mother of Hafiz Omar Kaseb

  • “I really appreciate the emphasis on manners and akhlaq at Quba, which I don’t see in other Islamic schools. One of the main reasons that I am happy with Quba is because I feel I can trust the administration and school staff. I know they are sincere and dedicated to their mission, and always giving their best effort.”

Mother of Hafiz Ibrahim Islam, Hafiz Yousuf Islam, and Ahmed Islam
